1 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup water
4 squares chocolate
6 tablespoons butter
3 cups confectioner sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Place brown sugar, water and chocolate in pan. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Blend in confectioners' sugar. If necessary thin with milk. Pour over cake
